Receptionist, Haawe Oy, Rovaniemi
Haawe Boutique Apartment Hotel is located in the center of Rovaniemi, Haawe is a design hotel inspired by the nature of magical Lapland with thirteen themed rooms each having its own story.
Now we are looking for 1 receptionist+housekeeping to work with us.
1 Receptionist (ca.50%) + Housekeeping (ca.50%):
- Room preparation (putting food) and inspecting every detail of the room before guests check-in.
- Greet and welcome the guests
- Assisting and guiding guests
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Customer service
- Housekeeping and other tasks in need.
Further Personal Assets :
-Positive attitude & Customer-oriented
-Good customer service skills and experience working within the hotel industry is plus
-Knowledge of Rovaniemi city is plus,
-Finnish, English, and other language skills are considered an advantage
