We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our tourist souvenir shop located in Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, Finland. The responsibilities include daily sales, store display, inventory management, and customer service. If you are passionate about Lapland and have an interest in gaining experience in retail management, welcome.
Job Highlights: The position offers a unique opportunity to live and work in Finland, providing free accommodation to the selected candidate. The internship is open for a minimum of two months, and candidates with a longer availability are preferred. The working hours are 25-30 hours per week. Exceptional interns may be offered the opportunity to stay for a longer period and work with us on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (Finnish or other languages are a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and retail management
