Pipe-installer in Project Services/summer trainee, Uponor Infra Oy., Vaasa
Uponor Infra Project Service team in Vaasa is looking for pipe installers to assist Uponor welders on our installation sites during summer 2023 for a period of 1.5 - 3.8.2023 or as agreed. As an assistance to pipe installer, you will be working in a team, sent from Uponor Infra to different sites mainly in Sweden. This position requires regular traveling. You will be working abroad in installation periods from 3 - 4 weeks in a row, 6 days/week and 10h/day.
What will you be doing?
As a pipe-installer, you will be working closely with Uponor pipe welder/installer with practical works round the welding for example handling material, equipment and to assist the operator on works around PE-pipe istallations. You will also work with installation equipment and in close cooperation with large construction machinery.
What will you need?
-you are a team player with curious mind and fearless attitude
-you are handy and have quick problem-solving skills
-you have strong spoken Swedish and English skills
-you have a safe way of thinking and working
-you have minimum age of 18 years
Ideally, if you have
-Hot works-, and occupational safety - cards
-1-5 years technical study background with interest for machinery
-Knowledge in electricity and automation would be an advantage.
