We are searching for person with extensive experience as a chef to be in charge of our international hospitality and chef operations.
Job description consist of:
Food, beverage and drink menu design for different situations including all the group meetings, customer events, internal meetings, and other possible events as well.
Hospitality concept design. Designing food being served, the appearance of the venue to fit the mood with the food being served.
Cooking food and preparing drinks for above-mentioned meetings and events.
To increase the standard of hospitality by creating a holistic hospitality experience for customers. Including employee etiquette training, taking the background of a customer into consideration with whole hospitality (food, beverages, corporate gifts etc.)
Hourly work roughly divides like this:
In charge of International hospitality(30%), food concept design (20%), food and drink menu design(20%), executing events (10%), staff hiring and training (20%)
