1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms of use (" Terms ") apply to the service ("Service " ) provided by MunJob Oy Ltd. (business ID number 2771652-7 ), Lahti, Finland, (" MunJob ") , the user registered with the service (" User ", " You ") . ) can manage his/her personal data, apply for jobs as a job seeker or, as an employer, announce vacancies and look for suitable employees for the job.

By using the Service, you accept these Terms in their entirety. Certain parts of the Service may be subject to additional terms.

To register as a User of the Service, you must be at least 16 years old. People under the age of 18 should only use the service with the permission and supervision of their guardian. You must log in to the service with your own name, personal information and using your own identifiers. The User registering on behalf of a company or organization must have the right to represent said company or organization.

The credentials used for logging in are personal and should be kept carefully. If the credentials are lost or if you suspect that the Service is being used contrary to these Terms, you must notify MunJob immediately . As a user, you are responsible for the appropriate use of the Service.

These Terms and any additional terms included in the Service constitute the entire agreement between You and MunJob (" Agreement ").

2 Pricing and Payments

At the moment, all our services for individuals are free. All services for jobseekers in accordance with the ban on payment of job placement stipulated in chapter 12, section 5, subsection 1 of the Act on Public Employment and Business Services (916/2012) are free of charge.

The service includes paid services for employers , the use of which is clearly announced in advance. By using the service, you agree to pay all fees related to the use of the Service. The valid prices are displayed in connection with the purchase transaction or otherwise in the Service. MunJob reserves the right to change the pricing of the Services.

Payments are collected according to the payment methods used in the Service. The terms of the payment are determined according to the selected payment method and according to the terms of the contract between You, the credit card company or the provider of another payment method.

You accept that the performance of the paid service electronically is started with your consent immediately upon the start of the Service, and you do not have the right to cancel according to the current Consumer Protection Act.

Terminal devices and connections required by the application (such as a connection to a mobile network or the Internet) are not part of the Service. You are responsible for acquiring, maintaining and updating devices or connections, as well as the related costs.

3 Privacy protection, personal data and information security

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are very important to MunJob . Personal data and sensitive data can be stored or otherwise processed in the service. Information is processed in accordance with these Terms, the privacy policy and the legislation in force at any given time. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to MunJob's Privacy Policy.

4 Service content

The purpose of the service is to help job seekers and employers as well as providers of recruitment services in recruitment. Through the service, you can browse, apply and report open jobs and maintain information related to yourself and possibly the company you represent.

Using the Service

As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you store in the Service is correct and accurate. MunJob is not responsible for the information stored by Users of the Service or their accuracy.

MunJob's database and information may not be used for any purpose other than to search for job seekers as an employer or employers as a job seeker.

The user is not entitled to deposit or publish religious, political, sexual, racist or other opinions or material contrary to good manners in the Service. The user is also not entitled to market or sell their commercial products or services in the Service.

5 Modification of Terms

MunJob has the right to change these Terms by announcing it in the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the new terms.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal or invalid based on the applicable legislation, this does not affect the validity of other contractual parts, but the invalid contractual part is replaced by a valid condition that, as far as possible, fulfills the purpose and commercial purpose of the original contractual part.

6 Right to use the service and intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights and other rights related to the Service and other products and services offered by MunJob always belong to MunJob and its licensors.

Upon acceptance of these Terms, MunJob grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Terms.

You may not copy or modify the Service or translate or disassemble it into the source language, create a derivative version of it or otherwise try to access the source code of the Service, unless it is expressly permitted by law. You may also not attempt to disable or circumvent any security mechanisms used by the Service.

MunJob reserves the right to modify the Service in whole or in part at its discretion.

7 Third Party Content

The service may contain links and connections to third-party content or content from third-party sources. Use of third-party content is subject to the third-party terms of use and other terms.

8 Service provision and limitations of liability

MunJob has the right to produce the Service as it sees fit, including the right to change the Service. As a user, you are responsible for any changes to the devices that may be required by such changes, as well as the related costs. MunJob strives to announce essential changes that significantly affect the use of the Service in a reasonable amount of time in advance.

MunJob does not guarantee that the Service could be used without interruption and error-free. MunJob has the right to suspend the use of the Service if it is necessary, for example, due to installation, modification or maintenance work, or if this is required by laws, regulations or authorities, or if there is another acceptable reason for such suspension. MunJob strives to ensure that the interruption is as short as possible. MunJob strives to notify in a reasonable time in advance of service interruptions or interruptions.

MunJob is not responsible for direct, indirect or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. MunJob is not responsible for the use of the Service, its non-use or loss of data.

This Agreement does not limit the rights that You may have based on the mandatory legislation of your country of residence.

9 Validity and termination of the Service

MunJob and You have the right to terminate the Agreement by observing the one-month notice period.

MunJob reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and close your user account immediately and without notice if you have violated these Terms or misuse the Service or load the service unusually or cause harm to MunJob , the Service or other users. MunJob has the right to block access to the Service if it has reason to suspect that you have engaged in illegal activity or endangered the data security or privacy of other Users, or if MunJob has received notification that your user account or terminal device has been taken over by a third party.

Without limiting MunJob's right to change the Service or stop using it, MunJob will keep your account for 18 months after your last visit to the Service, after which MunJob has the right to terminate the Agreement.

MunJob has the right to delete all personal data in the Service upon termination of the Service or Agreement. You are obliged to save or back up the data before the end of the Service.

10 Applicable law and dispute resolution

This Agreement and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict of law provisions. Disputes related to the Agreement or the Terms will be resolved in the district court of Päijät-Häme or in the district court of the locality in Finland where the user of the Service has a domicile or permanent residence.

11 Notifications and contact information

MunJob can deliver notifications related to this Agreement to the e-mail address you provided when registering for the Service, or alternatively via text message or postal address.
